Who we are
CCRAMM Technical Services is a hands-on technical services firm operating as part of the RAMM Technical Services family. We work with small and mid-sized businesses, professional offices, manufacturers, and IT teams that need an accountable partner for the work that doesn't fit neatly into a software subscription or a help-desk ticket.
Our service mix has grown over eighteen years of taking on whatever was in front of us — from network rebuilds and ransomware cleanups to crypto mining buildouts, e-waste hauls, and full IT asset disposition projects for businesses winding down a location.
What sets us apart
- We document everything. If a client can't audit it later, we didn't really do the job. Every project closes with deliverables: Certificates of Destruction, asset reports, network diagrams, runbooks.
- We do the work ourselves. We don't subcontract data destruction or technical engagements to anonymous third parties. The people who scope the project are the people who do the project.
- We respect downstream economics. Refurbished gear is resold, salvageable parts are harvested, and only the genuine scrap goes to certified domestic recyclers. We share recovery value transparently.
- We're full-stack. Networking, security, cloud, hardware, web, crypto — most clients hire us for one thing and end up using us for three.
How we engage
Most projects start with a 20-30 minute conversation. We figure out what you're trying to accomplish, walk through any compliance or audit requirements, and put a written scope in front of you. From there it's predictable: a fixed or T&M quote, a kickoff, execution, and a documentation package on closeout.

Geographic reach
We're based in Holly Ridge, North Carolina. On-site engagements are most efficient throughout the Carolinas and the Mid-Atlantic, but we coordinate logistics for ITAD, recycling pickups, and crypto buildouts nationwide.
