IT Asset Disposition · Green Tech

Know exactly what you have. Recover what it’s worth. Document where it went.

Most businesses overestimate how well they track their IT assets — and underestimate the recovery value sitting in their closets, server rooms, and back-of-warehouse pallets.

ITAD by the Numbers

Why “recover then recycle” beats “just recycle.”

Refurbish-first ITAD does more for your bottom line and the planet than the alternative.

IT inventory & asset tracking

We come on-site (or coordinate a remote audit) to inventory every device with the metadata that matters:

  • Manufacturer, model, serial number, asset tag
  • Specs (CPU, RAM, storage, optical, connectivity)
  • Current condition and functional status
  • Operating system and license entitlements
  • Location, owner / assigned user, and cost center
  • Purchase date, warranty status, and lease terms (if applicable)

Data is delivered as a structured spreadsheet (CSV / Excel) or imported directly into your existing asset management system — Snipe-IT, ServiceNow, Asset Panda, or custom.

Asset management & warranty tracking

For ongoing engagements we maintain your asset database, track warranties (manufacturer + extended), surface upcoming expirations, and provide quarterly reporting that ties asset state back to your accounting books.

Valuation & recovery

For end-of-life or refresh projects we run a recovery-value analysis on every asset. You see:

  • Current fair-market value (resale through certified secondary channels)
  • Parts-harvest value (memory, drives, NICs, GPUs)
  • Scrap value (commodity recovery floor)
  • Net to you after our recovery fee

For typical mid-fleet refreshes we see 15–35% recovery of replacement value — sometimes more for late-model hardware. Revenue sharing is transparent and contractual.

Documentation that closes the loop

Every ITAD engagement closes with a packet that contains:

  • The original inventory manifest
  • Per-device disposition (resold / parted out / recycled / destroyed)
  • Certificates of Destruction for all data-bearing devices
  • Recovery-value reconciliation
  • Downstream recycling certifications for non-resalable scrap
